I sold the largest independently held specialty pharmacy in Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) over two years ago. At 37 years old, I exited at an unheard-of valuation—built on hard work, tenacity, and the will to never give up, along with the wisdom to know when to get out. Since then, I founded Workshop Strategy, a company whose sole purpose is to help other entrepreneurs, business owners, and larger companies excel and grow.
The idea is simple—take everything I know, from founding a startup with zero revenue to building a $300 million powerhouse—the largest focused specialty pharmacy in the nation- use it to help others.

I’ve had intense, deep-diving, and focused discussions with people from all walks of life. The one thing I’ve learned that every successful person has in common? The tenacity to not give up—to keep pushing forward and turn their ideas into thriving businesses or scale their companies into powerhouses.
